Delete your account

You can delete your TriVerse account and data at any time.
Quickest way
Open the TriVerse app → Settings → Delete my account. It takes effect immediately.
Can't open the app?
Email gupta231611@gmail.com from the email on your account, or include the phone number you sign in with. We'll confirm and delete your account within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, photos, banners and settings
- Your chats, saved places, reminders and ride listings
- Driver verification documents
Records we must keep by law (for example payment records) are kept only as long as required and then deleted.
